Bob Sparks was the best realtor we could have asked for! My husband is currently deployed and recently having a baby, finding our home and the anxiety of moving was less stressful thanks to Bob. Every question, every concern I had, he came back with an answer, a solution and additional information I wasn’t even thinking about. His wife is also so kind and came with a welcoming basket of goodies for my whole family. I highly recommend him if you need someone professional, efficient and reliable! Throughout this process I see him more as a true family friend than an agent. He is one of a kind! - Haley L

Bob Sparks is the BEST Realtor in the San Diego area! I am a Realtor in Pittsburgh and needed to find a Realtor in San Diego to assist a client in selling her home there so she could purchase a new construction home in Pittsburgh. Bob came highly recommended and exceeded my expectations! He is a true professional, and got the client the most possible money for her home with the least amount of inconvenience. I even threw him a few curveballs on the Pittsburgh end making his job harder and he smoothly handled it. Thank you, Bob. - Diane D

We loved working with Bob! He helped us to sell our home and then to buy a home. Both transactions were handled with the utmost professionalism. He is a very knowledgeable realtor who knows the complexity of the market place in San Diego. He worked closely with us, focused on our needs, and was fast to respond to all our questions. The home we purchased entailed a very complicated transaction and Bob confidently guided us through the confusion and worked closely with our mortgage broker and escrow company to ensure that we closed escrow. - Nita F
